The Shelter Island Lions Club normally meets at 6:00 p.m. for dinner on the third Thursday of every month, except July and August. Details to be published below, as soon as they’re announced. 

Meetings of the officers and directors (Board meetings) are now being held on the second Thursday of every month at 5:00 p.m. in the Shelter Island School Board Room.  All members are welcome to attend Board meetings.

• Tot Lot Pancake Breakfast: Sunday, July 19, 2026 from 8 am to 11 am at the Center Firehouse. Adults $15, kids under 8 $5. Start your day with a delicious pancake breakfast and support a great cause! Enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring fluffy pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice, and more while gathering with friends, family, and neighbors. Your participation helps raise funds for our community and brings us one step closer to a new playground. • Rocking for the Rock Fundraiser, Saturday, July 25, 2026, 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. A Rock and Roll Party at Gardiner’s Bay Country Club. Join us for an unforgettable midsummer celebration featuring exceptional local food, live music, and wonderful company, all in support of the Lions Club and the Shelter Island community.
