The Shelter Island Lions Club will be funding two new scholarships this year for graduating high school seniors who reside on Shelter Island.  One will be for a four-year (bachelor’s level) degree and one will be for a two-year ( associate’s degree or trade school/apprenticeship) program.  Additionally, the Club will again be funding the Jack Monaghan award to a Shelter Island High School graduating senior.
